Constant slow network (shows 9 (or even less) kB rates. Sends alert but then image is not there. Lot o error/not available messages. Led light for nite time is no way enough. Good idea on bulb security but implementation is very poor. - does not divulged prior to purchase that paid Subscription of cloud is required for remote viewing. Not comfortable wit lack of info ‘sharing ‘. Who has access - basically opens my network to the world. Moist info is in Chinese or Russian. - scary stuff.

  This app works really well on my iPhone SE. I can completely control my cameras and get reliable motion alerts pushed directly to my iPhone. One thing that absolutely amazed me is the motion tracking feature where the camera pans and tilts to follow a moving object automatically. That would really freak out an intruder especially if you had the motion alert tone on. It’s a little jerky but it definitely follows a person entering the field of view. It also manages my onboard camera video and photo storage really well. I just popped in a cheap Samsung 64 GB SD card and everything was taken care of. No formatting or card configuration was needed at all Congratulations to the people who developed this app. It’s really great.

  I have 2 cameras purchased from Amazon. I use them in my toddlers bedroom and my MIL room who is bed bound. I love that I am able to communicate through the camera. Especially in the middle of the night! Family is able to look in on my MIL as well. Highly recommend this app and cameras! We have had absolutely no issues. It does help to have a quality internet service/connection. We use Xfinity in our home and its like a high end security system!!!!

  There seems to be no way to increase playback speed. If you don’t know exactly what time something happened, you have to to watch every second of recording in real time. Maybe different in their cloud service, but using a sdcard is not a viable option.

  This app isn’t the best (or average) there is. However, it isn’t the worst one out there either. For better or worse, we are stuck with it. One thing that really bugs me is that in the app, there is a “Voice Access” option that seem to offer Amazon Alexa/GoogleAssistant/TmallGenie skills connection. However, there isn’t any! The option directs you to a Puwell app. That option is actually for another product (straight wireless light bulb). I wasted 15 minutes of my time trying to figure out what I was doing wrong.. I realized in the end that my mistake was NOT reading the full description of an app that I was directed to by the manufacturer. (Silly me) Why have a link to something thats useless to the product in hand is beyond me.

  I’ve spent 3 hours trying to get this camera and this app to work with no luck at all. Running the latest iOS, the camera connects to my network (visible from my router), the app sees the camera but “fails to add” every time. I downloaded the PC version of this software, it’s even worse. It just says no cameras found and to bind it but doesn’t give the option to bind.Downloaded an Android emulator and tried their android app, exact same issue, no camera found. I’ve reset this camera numerous times, I’ve tried it via hardwire and wireless, I can get the camera online with my network (green LEDs and all) but none of this companies software works.

  Everything works fine except for all the false motion detections. You need an SD card and must make sure there are no control characters in the WIFI name (-/;?etc). I had to get a cheap repeater to boost my signal for the outside porch but then I never had the camera go offline again.

  The micro-sized printed brochure, if you can even call it that, explains how to set up the camera, but it is sorely lacking on how to use/operate/troubleshoot this camera. If you are good at guessing, than this is the camera for you!I purchased this camera to record from inside my home, but facing outside. I thought this camera had night vision, but no, only when you point the camera indoors. The seller has offered email support, but it’s been two weeks now and all my questions still haven’t been answered with the back and forth between me and China.I’ve asked them for a user manual, not just a set up manual, which is what they have provided.Still trying to figure the app and the camera out. Every day, I have to reset all the pre-sets, even when I don’t turn it off. This is maddening.

  The app is ok. The 360 photo bar is quite small on my iPhone 8 so not very useful. I do not like how I would have to select each camera to view it vs having a multiple live stream homepage that will show each of my 3 cameras at the same time, even if In SD to save bandwidth. Then being able to drill into that specific camera if I would like. Is there any other software I can use with these cameras?

  The app works great! It’s not super but it still does what I need it to for the price. Here are the cons: I have an iPhone so I have no problem but my husband have a Samsung and it doesn’t work for him. Of course you won’t be able to rewind if you didn’t record it, and the sensitivity don’t work for me either like the other reviewers. Pro: I love how I can hear pretty clearly and talk back. Recording is easy and so is WiFi connections. The lightbulb function as a real lightbulb too so at night the light will turn on by itself as it gets dark. There are so many other functions like zooming in and out.

  The camera itself is awesome and for that Reason alone I give a 3 star. The app on the other hand is horrible and needs a lot of work. The video lags behind from time to time. The sound from my baby nursery doesn’t work most time. So when she’s crying I can only tell by looking. And I hate that the app has some kind of time-out attached to it. When it hasn’t been touch for a period of time it automatically shuts down. The app needs a lot of work. It’s frustrating. For a lovely camera it needs a better app.

  Update. Once in a while the camera is offline. Just turn off the light switch, and turn it back one after 30 seconds or so. It will reset itself. Make sure it is asking for your password. If it doesn’t exit the app, and try again. Once it asks for your password, you are all set. Mine worked fine the first day. Mind you it required some patience, and try and try again and again. So the next day “ Camera was Offline”😳gulp. I had wifi, so no worries. It just would not come on. I did figure out that my light sensor was cutting of power to the camera😅Keep the light on!!! So I tried and tried about 7-8 times until it responded again.It does work just fine again.👍What is severely lacking is service! I was about to return mine until I decided to keep trying. For the lack of service 4 stars.
